Amali Gifts would like to make your online shopping experience as simple and easy as possible. 

We are happy to accept your returns within 14 days from purchase date for a full refund excluding postage paid. For a refund please email [email protected] with your order number and item you wish to refund.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. 

Return postage is at the buyers cost.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

We DO NOT offer refunds on any sale or clearance items.

Refunds can only be processed with any payment other than Afterpay if your payment method was Afterpay we will offer store discount or exchange. 

We reserve the right to return to you your items if they do not meet the above requirements.

FAULTY DAMAGED STOCK

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us within 7 days of receiving your goods please include a photo of your damaged item with the invoice number and a detailed description of the fault/damage.
